Johor

Johor Circuit, located on the southern tip of Malaysia just across from Singapore, was built in 1986 and was one of the earlier racetracks to be built in Southeast Asia and hosting international events. The 2.4 mile (3.8km) track hosted several international motorcycle events, including a MotoGP race in 1998. Even though the opening of Sepang near the Malaysian capital of Kuala Lumpur took away a little of the limelight from Johor, it continues to host club racing events and is a great location for motor racing enthusiasts from neighboring Singapore.
