Abarth

Bearing the name of Carlo Abarth, the man who took the cute little car from Fiat, and turned it into a staple of 60's touring car championships, the Abarth 1000TC invented the distinct "open bonnet" racing look. The TC stood for "Competition Touring". With its engine hung out over the rear axle, it handles much like an under powered 911. Since there isn't enough power to "power understeer" your way out of trouble, make sure to have all of your braking done before turn in, or the car will swap ends faster than you can blink, as the back end tries to overtake the front end. - Jerry Chen
