Fine, lost concentration and two positions.

Fun race! I left work to race this one! Thanks leader for punting me before I could get out of the way.

Sorry about that Sidney , but it is your fault . You don't need to get out of the way , just keep your line , be constant, I'll take care of the rest. If you'll keep get out of the leaders way in middle of a curb and in the last second, you'll be punted again and again. The speed difference is way too big, and if you are inconstant, the car behind you can not jump over your car, when you suddenly change your direction. So , be constant and keep your line and after you exit the corner completely you can either change your line(IF the car behind is not too close) or just let a little bit the throttle on straight line , it is the leaders problem to pass you . Don't brake ! and Don't change your line while you are in a curb!

Not sim raced as much over the last couple of months, and not drove the NAGT mod for a good 2 months. So I knew I would be rusty. Was having huge problems with the brakes in practice, just kept locking up and couldn't find the sweet spot on the pedal.

Got 7th in Qual which is where I figured I'd be so was happy with that.

Got a good start and I managed to hold all the guys behind me off. I even managed to get better drive off the line than Rob in his Volvo ahead so I was able to pass him on the run down to T1.

Then got in a good battle with Zak and Nikola which involved some swapping of places. Even Guillaume Siebert joined in the fun as we passed after he spun but unfortunately he got disco'd after he had battled his way past us.

Was hounding Zak pretty hard in his skyline and was hoping I was pushing him hard enough to wear his tyres. In the last 30 mins he had a slow slide entering the corner which he just could save. I picked the wrong side to pass and I ended up slamming into his right side door pretty hard.

Got going again with some damage and Nikola just managed to pass us both. It was short lived the as I was able to out drag his Volvo down the start finish straight to regain the position.

Got a little gap to Zak and Nikola and I figured I was safe, but inside the last 10 mins Zak put a huge charge on. He was all over my rear end with 5 mins to go so it was pretty tense in those last moment. In the end I just managed to hold him off, but another lap would have been interesting :).

Grats to Jeff and the rest of the podium, and grats to everyone who finished.

Well, decided I wanted to try driving a different car as I have had a tendancy to end up being the 2nd best Mustang driver in most of the events Ive done. Decided to try the Skyline considering it hasn't really done much in the NAGT series. To start off with everyone kept taking the piss once I joined the server.

Didn't really live up to much in practice but knew that I was going to stick with it to see how it went. Only managed around the top 10 in practice and after having a crap qualifying (too little downforce, lot of slow spins) ended up 9th although I reckon had I not spun on the last corner on my good lap would have put me about 5th or 6th so said to Jeff on private chat, reckon a top 5 is possible here. I'll be amazed said Jeff. Cue green lights.

Made a good start and managed to move up the field and at one point found myself running 4th. Eventually spun and dropped down to 6th Fought back up and got right on the tail of Kieron for the last few laps but unfortunately the Skyline is really good on brakes and not pace down the straight so the Corvette held on over the line. Managed quite well on tyres after pushing the whole race, something you cant do in the Mustang, constantly driving round a bit slow to conserve the tyres (unless your Jeff).

Would like to say sorry to who ever I came across on going into turn 1. Came from the outside to clip the apex so had totally missed anyone going down the inside in my mirrors. Also to Nikola at turn 2. Thought I was a bit further ahead than I was and ended up cutting you up somewhat. Otherwise a good first showing in the GTR. Hope that form continues.
