V8-Euro Nuerburg

Well that was a little frustating... bitter-sweet, shall we say.

As always, dinner was aranged to overlap my R2P event perfectly :P So qually had to be cut short (only one timed lap) so I could inhale some pizza and get back up. I was suprised to be so high, especially as I screwed up 3 corners on that lap and a second lap would have probably got me another 0.3 or so... oh well.

The race started great, I beat Milan to T1 and was able to lead him by 1-2 seconds for the whole stint. Then I got confused about the pitlane entry (there's no obvious line!!!) and sped in pitlane, awarding me a drive through :(

Anyway, I still held onto second, and spent the rest of the race hotlapping. I got the fastest lap, and shrunk Milan's lead from 22 to 5 seconds, but I knew all along he was just cruising and wouldnt let me get too close...

Good race Milan, I wish I hadnt screwed up so we could have gone head to head for the whole race... it would have been awesome :)

Can someone point me to the procedure for doing a stop and go please. I collected 1 tonight and stopped twice to do the penalty only to be given a fresh set of tyres by my crew and sent back out. Finally got a DQ. Not happy.

Are you sure it was a 'stop and go' and not a 'drive through'?

The pit speed penalties were drive-thrus (half a dozen got them on the first round of pit stops). By stopping in your pit stall it was counting as a pit stop and not as a serving of the penalty.

Tnx, Scott great drive in first stint.
After first stop I noticed you go another time in pit, and I was think that is becouse pit speed limit, bad luck.
In rest of the race I drove safely but still had some scary moments with lapped cars when I lost some time.

Very poor race (all 7 laps of it), too cautious at the start lost me a lot of places, then lost the rear and hit Greg Haler - so sorry, it was totally my fault. Hope I didn't spoil your race too much.

Coming into T1 on lap 3 I had Norton Antivirus fire up, sending me back to desktop, and had a couple of spins over the next couple of laps. Pretty amaturish really.

The final straw was getting a massive stutter in framerates, which ended up with me in a wall and busted suspension. Time to park it up after that.....

Not one of my best efforts, oh well.

Nightmare quali, just couldnt get a decent lap together and qualed in 13th.

Next big noob mistake was not checking where the pit limiter had to be applied, must have cost me 15 secs per stop.

Still it was a fun race, must improve next time.

Nice race for me. first race here and a podium finish :)

Have lost 3 positions at start, after that it was a great battle with Lloyd. He was defending very well and only way to pass was breaking much late - that risk I didnt want to take..

Now I`m waiting for replay to be posted here.

Also, is there any chance to see here more complex statistics, from tools rFactor-report or AutoSim Analyzer?
