I'm very sorry for the T1, guys. Especially Goran Mladenovic. That's completely my fault and I was waaay faster than I should be there.

As for the race...
I haven't raced Porsches for a while, forgot how to tame them and couldn't find a decent setup for the race. That lead to 9th place in Q.

On the WarmUp Goran Gunjevic sent his setup, I tried it for a few turns and found it to be way better than mine and took it for the race. With this setup I was much faster and the car was completely under control and I managed to keep a nice pace (compared to my own hotlaps).

For the final ~5 laps I had to defend my 5th place from Barry Kennedy. I have to fight Barry on the closing laps very often - in V8, in F3, now here it becomes a tradition. This time I managed to keep my 5th place. It's a mystery for me how is Barry going so fast in the end of the races. I'd love to posses even a small part of his talents in this area :)

I guess the stars favored me today.
I had a good race. I tried to keep it calm and save my tires.
I was counting on people behind me having their mind on defending their positions.
Also wanna thank those less fortunate, who due to certain problems found them selves lapped down. They were very fair and left plenty room to pass.

Sorry to Alison for getting in her way on the last lap exiting turn 2. I went a little wide there, got on to the grass, and it seems that while re-entering the track I forced her to swerve right to avoid me, sending her over the curbs, robbing her of a good overtaking opportunity into the downhill hairpin 8-(

Otherwise, brilliant race, I fought Alison tooth and nail for 8 laps or so, knowing full well I probably would not be able to catch her again once she managed to pass me.

At the start,i had to stay wide to give the inside guys some room and actually followed a couple of drivers off the track.Lost a lot of positions trying to reenter the track safely.
Dmitry,i'm usually very easy on tyres Why,most probably because i don't drive hard enough or,in the case of GTR2,i choose the wrong compound.I have never had a tyre wear warning in any GTR race.As for V8factor,i can easily do back to back pitstops for 2 tyres without much effect on lap times and even tho it starts to feel greasy,there is hardly any wear in the tyre chart.I too used Goran's setup which was very stable.
