I wanna crawl into a hole and hide. Humblest apologies to everyone caught up in the fiasco right after Eau Rouge. No excuses. My unproudest moment at R2P.
I went off-line in Eau Rouge to avoid bumping the guy in front, although i woulda probably missed him, lost control and ended up like an idiot waltzing across the track into oncoming traffic. I feel like such a prick! I don't want to race again I feel so embarassed. Sorry everyone, I ruined that race ..... :(

It happens Boyd. I saw that you did what you could to control the car, but once on that part of the track it is almost impossible.

Had a sloppy qual taking meds and took the 2nd spot. Was not bad but could be better :)

The race was more surprising than I expected it to be and had a great start flying onto lead. It was all quiet until the stops. Had a pretty bad pit stop, I broke too late and if that happened in real-life I'd have knocked the hell out the the crew guy in the front like Schumacher once did lol. Then the car jumped abit lol but could make the stop normally after that. George was quicker and took my spot, then we had crazy battles pretty much the whole 2nd stint. All in all, a pretty exciting race. Grats to podiums, see you all next time!

Well, that was nice. Got bumped after the main straight in quali by Brain (not hard feelings mate). Started last. Got involved badly in the first lap shunt, cost me a lap. Had me a bit of action first 4 laps with david, then he disapeared? Car was still damaged after the pit stop, cost me about 2 sec p/lap. From my pit stop the car had good pace, and just a normal drive home. Boyd, boet crashing happens to the best of us, What happend, happend. U cant change it, it was and mistake. Learn from it, and let prep for the next race mate. Congrats to Joco and Garret.

Hit the track 20 mins before the event with no setup work as i had worked on the night before for Jiading but that was canceled as most people now understand why.
Installed a sound update last night and didn`t have time to repair it because i`m lazy and stupid and didn`t back up my sound folder (wont do that again)

So with a real low hoover sounding car i somehow managed to put it into 4th in qualy :P

then came destruction derby :P

got a good start jumped 2 cars on the grid one being Pete! so by then i thought wtf is going on :P that doesn`t happen often, got a good run up through eau rouge and then saw carnage happen behind me as Boyd i think it was got onto the slippy run off area and came back on and bang!!! cars flying everywhere, as i was thinking shit i`m glad i`m not in all that a car
had done almost the exact ahead of me and i had no time to react and slammed right into him (Campos) ? then crawled back the pits with a mangled car and a left front puncture, spent 109s repairing damage and got back out behind van der spuuy in the Viper who was having a very hard time to stay infront of me, times like that it would be better for both if you just let the car go
and you can both go on and raise the laptimes again :P but then he disapeared asumed he had a disco but he finished 3rd!! how?? anyway a lap after that i lost connection, but i couldn`t care less by that time - absolute nightmare of a race!! lots of cars were losing connection i even noticed Tim leaving or was that him leaving due to some dodgy moments he`d rather not be a witness to :P

Anyway got my sound working and will be practising properly now for the Enduro :)

Edit: seems i had the disco before i realised Van der spuuy was gone, wierd! so it took me a good lap or so to let me know i`d lost connection? anyway was a comical race, and these things happen..

Would like to hear J Campos side of things, on the replay it looks like he was driving whilst on the phone swerving all over the place before he crashed :P

first off, unlucky to Danny, he was doing really well, and had just lapped me when his car exploded into flames right in front of me 2 laps from the end :(

Out top of eau rouge on the start, an M3 spun right across track, head on smash with it, nothing i could do (i was slamming on the brakes but it all happened too fast as he was blind from my view), then i saw cars flipping upside down in my mirrors, i had broken diffs, smashed front and back, punctures. i cruised back to pits, took 2mins to repair, by the 9 min point id only just finished 2 laps lol. car was still damaged some and i went off several more times. anyway i was dead last by miles so just cruised around to make sure it wasnt a dnf.

Well this was a good race for me for once, I made a nice start and kept cool for the Eau Rouge. But the biggest crash in my GTR2 history happened right in front. I managed to avoid flying Vipers and M3's but the car in front of me hit the brakes and I hit him unfortunate... I made a drive-thru just to be safe and not get a penalty at the end of the race.

I drove pretty good, but had a lot of lonely moments but was slowly getting to the top 10 because a lot of people had to leave the game. With just 3 minutes to go I lapped Mark Wicks and wanted to look back to see if no leading cars were right on our tail but I made my biggest mistake ever and slipped of the rearview button and hit the neutral which offcourse blew my car to tiny bits and pieces.

There goes a podium position for me, but now I'm more eager to get revenge and do good in the next events.

Yeah really sorry about that Kinloch. I misread the situation, i wasn't trying to bully past you, i thought you were letting me through and realised late on you weren't (which you are perfectly entitled to do), i braked as hard as possible but just caught your rear quarter :( Sorry as well to whoever else got caught up in the resulting mess. Qualified at least 4 secs off where i should of (and not just because of that incident).

Had to be very careful going through eau rouge 1st lap it was all a bit nervy, Boyd ahead went wide but i got passed by Niel. Got passed Niel about 2 laps later and tried to close the gap to the battle 5 secs ahead. I could only kinda keep the gap stable but no way catch. Lost more time to cars ahead in the stops. Pushed hard all of the 2nd stint getting my pb on the 2nd last lap. Finished 4th.

Grats to Garret on the win in G3.

I could see other cars at the start, then they were gone, then they were back again and gone again after Eau Rouge. I waited for a bit longer if they would come back, but then I lost connection. :(
Maybe it was me causing the lag on lap 1. I will press escape if I'll have similar problem next time.
