Kansas Showdown

Well had a decent race.COuld get my times down to were they were in prac.Sorry Mic lilley about the bump i gave you on the caution was geeting a drink and you lagged alittle and i spu you bro very sorry.

I was involved in three yellows in the first 37 laps. (1) I self spun and went on a wild ride across the infield grass. It's like driving on ice. I straightened my car and got it pointed at the track. I thought I was going to be OK, but I had a secondary spin when I gave it some gas, which brought out the yellow. (2) I tried an outside pass on a car that appeared to be struggling to hold the inside line on the turns. I got a good run, but the other car came off the line and made contact with me. I spun and collected another car. (3) I got bumped from behind entering a turn and then spun. Luckily, I did not hit a wall. The last ten laps, which ended up being 20 laps due to yellows[I was not involved], were interesting. On one of the restarts, the car behind me got a run and passed me on the outside. The same car was behind me on the final restart. I figured the outside move was coming again. I took away that avenue of pleasure and held onto 8th place. It was all good!

Car setup wasn't suitable for the inside line (but I got that just after someone had to check on me, I'm sorry about that) so wherever I could, I used to run on the outside.

First I want to appologize to Tim L. On the lap 72 restart everyone started to go, we got the green flag, and then everyone stopped. I plowed into you Tim, 100% my fautl. I tried to stop and avoid, it was just too fast. Then someone plowed into me and that was it for the race.

Oh well off to work. I just wanted to appoligize before anything else.

My apologies to Kurt - it was me that bumped you. I then blew up over-revving the car. Day done.

Earlier I got caught up in incident that happened right in front of me. I made a wedge adjustment that seemed to help but didn't get a chance to see how fast the car was.

Congrats to Larry for his first Arca win. Smart strategy will always prevail. I had a major computer glitch, lap 56, in which my screen froze. Thought it was going to be another disco but 11 seconds later it came back. I was going around 165 straight into the wall. Flat tire. Had to pit under green and went 2 laps down. Graphics were so screwed up it was difficult to continue but, stayed out of everyones way and finished the race.
Here's the odd thing, the pic of the distorted graphics was taken during the race under caution. I was trying to get a pic of the track while watching my replay and everything was crystal clear with no distortion. I thought that if my machine was recording it, it would be the same while watching the replay.

ran an over all smooth race but my euro setup was nowhere near as competitive as it was in the euro series.there was no 1 fast car and it would come down 2 strategy. my car would not stick through center and gave me a bad run off the corner. the last green white checkered ws fun racing with tim like that and went 2 far on the apron and spun through the grass without hitting anything it was fun tim like 2 do that 4 first someday. o well i look forward 2 seeing u guys in 2 weeks cuz im going camping and have 2 cancel 6 or so races. congrats 2 larry
