Congrats to podium.

Well, I'll try not to mix both o/w events reports. I had no time to practise today and it takes a while for me to recall previous practise sessions, so qualified quite back in the grid.

I made a decent start and was sorting out some drivers, but before finishing L1 I found myself off track and with a heavy oversteer, but did not pit to avoid loosing too much time.

Got used to the car but, as usual, when you try to push with a damaged car you spin easily and that's what happened to me. Twice. Second time I crashed and lost my front wing, so finished the race pretty bad, but in the points.

Was able to secure 7th on the grid for the start & just before the green made a last second setup change which proved to be the right choice.First half of the race spent dodging a few incidents then settled down & slowly climbed up to 3rd which is where I eventually finished.
Congrats to Sam & Dave on their podium results & one more thing----

BLUE FLAGS MEAN TO LET THE LAPPING CAR PAST AT THE EARLIEST OPPORTUNITY NOT TO BLOCK THEM FOR ONE & A HALF LAPS.

Maybe I'm wrong but, as far as I understood, in a recent post-race thread it was stated that blue flags are not enforced here.

Although I agree with you that it's faster for both cars to let the lapping car pass a.s.a.p. and this is what I always try to do, as I've also struggled with lapped cars (sad to say not in many occasions, though).

A good race for me - I felt so much more comfortable than I did the first time the Sharks visited this track. I wasn't perfect, however, and I made a couple of errors in the closing stages of the race that let others (Topley, McRoberts) get by. But they were doing much the same, so positions were changing regularly. Gained 9th on the last lap, and was happy with that. An enjoyable race. Grats to Sam and the rest of the podium.

Something about these cars doesn't work for me. I love the cars im usually fast in them, but always get a bad result. I had a crash in Q so i started at in the back. I was running a good race slowly moving up till i forgot to turn and but the car in the sand. From that point it took me 2 laps to get out so that was the end for me pretty much. What did make me mad though was once back on the track i started to pass cars in the top 10, and even was keeping up with 4th place. SO i have to think that if i could have kept the car on the track i had a top 5 maybe even a top 3 car.
