damn, nothing good as expected, and my rf crashed too...i hope I didn't collect anyone out :(

Congrats to this race podium and series winners.

Well, another mediocre race for me... managed to be up there in 9th place racing solid laptimes until I spun on a kerb (hmmm, it sounds familiar) and dropped to 12th where I kept till the end.

Good luck for next Mègane season, I think I'll choose another mod for a change in S9.

Congratulations to Jack on his Championship & also to Ivan & Kieron for the runners up placings.

After coping a couple of hits from the rear in the opening laps my car was off the pace & pretty fragile.Considering the level of competiton & the fact that I've never really liked this track finishing 9th was a pleasant surprise & probably the best I could've hoped for.

Hoped everyone enjoyed themselves & thanks to Nick & Alan for organising the series & will see you all next season.

I'll take that with both hands tbh as despite assuring me it was fixed, my PC continues to play up :( swinging wildly from 80 fps down to 20 and back up again - bloody annoying and no good for consistent laps thats for sure.

Grats to Alex and bad luck again to Barney who looked like he had 2nd until he made contact with a backmarker giving it back to me again.

Great organization once again by everyone concerned also.

I got a good start was giving Ivan something else to look at rather than just in front but I made a mistake and dropped down to 5th or 6th not sure had some great fun fighting my way back up the order thanks to all for that very good driving :) I finally made enough of a menace of my self to Jack he did not make it easy however I had to go around the outside at turn 1 then a couple of laps later a poor unsuspecting driver having a moment out of turn 3 I thought was going right, it then snapped back the other way but I was already committed to going on his left I hit him very hard which sent him off sorry about that! That let Jack back past and damaged the front end, I could not get close to Jack after that

I enjoyed that race - great track, although the corkscrew is kinda tough in these cars.

Had some nice battles for position throughout the race, but best of all was the one I had with Steve Davis for the final few laps. Exiting the final corner of the final lap, he got a bit sideways, and the drag race was on! As you can see from the screenshot, I failed to beat Steve to the line, but it was close - just 0.003s! Great fun, and a great way to end the season.

From a personal point of view, I'm delighted to achieve six points finishes from six races - the only driver to do so. Yeah, OK, five of the six were 10th place, but who's counting? Other than me! :D

From an admin perspective, thanks to everyone who supported this series, whether that be by turning up to race, supporting it financially, or even just painting skins for teammates to use. Hopefully you'll all return in three weeks time for the start of S9... but remember to do our BMW 320 E21 race that immediately precedes it. :)

Good race last night for the final event. Started in 8th and made a few mistakes but caught Pablo M and had Mossy on my rear for alot of the race. Mossy was slightly faster but he could not get a run on me.

5th 6th and 7th covered by half a second at the chequered flag.

Gratz to the podium.

Poor race again for me personally this has certainly not been my season in these cars.

Stuck to picking up what places I could, and avoiding getting in trouble when I was lapped.

However thanks again to all for supporting us and hope it carries on next season.

Not a good race for me either. I always seem to qualify higher than I should (the opposite I've noticed to Francisco!) but upshifted to 2nd too early and lost it all on the start. Enjoyed the early side-by-side stuff with Francisco and felt confident you'd be playing fair.

Had a few offs, the one on T2 was funny as I waiting for Nick to go past to rejoin and he went wide too and kissed me. I should have rejoined instantly - it would have been a clear track! :-)

Just a bit of rear suspension damage but the car still ran really well. And seeing your true act of sportsmanship waiting for me to rejoin first actually made my race as there's no better feeling than knowing you're racing amongst true gentlemen.

Unfortunate incident Barney, unbeknown to you my rear was then taking a bit to settle on corner exit. I'll always ease off on the next safe area for you and threading the needle with backmarkers just isn't safe. Thanks for the apology though--many others would have just blamed the backmarker.

Yes, Jonty, our little fight in big Laguna Seca was fun and I'm glad it was you the one I was pairing for a few turns. I wish I hadn't spun so I could've pursued Ruslan a bit more, but these cars' backend are hard to handle for me when I push a little hard.
