USA Shootout

good race. crashed in qually. started 13th and worked my way up to 5th without pitting and plenty of tirewear to spare

Horrible, just totally missed the setup.. engine started to overheat less than 10 laps in, forcing me to back off earlier, messed up my rhythm, started overdriving to compensate, wore out my stuff, blew the RF tire or brake or both, resulting in a lot of people wondering what I was upto, luckily didn't hit anyone in all that and somehow brought the heap home in 6th. Good job by Conor in showing us how it's done.

Fun race. Fun track. No problems. Good way to start things off. Made my life easier to end up winning because I had no idea how the car was going to handle towards the end. It's been a while since my last ARCA race and I didn't have too many fond memories of that one where the car turned to crap very quickly. Entering this one, I was expecting the worst. But luckily, the car was quite stable throughout. It handled pretty much the same as it did in the beginning. Of course it was slick out there but that was just something we all had to overcome. I am sure not one of us had the perfect car out there. I know I was on the edge most of the time :).

Sorry guys! Was too tired after dealing with allergies all day yesterday to participate in this. Going to miss the next one too though, so looks like this season is already over for me.

Got booted right when qual finished, and couldnt get back in because the session was already going to race. Grats to the winner.

I had zero laps on this track before the race. I had downloaded someones setup off the net some time ago. It wasn't good but, I made some changes and lucked into something drivable. The pole was a lucky bonus after making the car a little too tight. I learned quick not to give up the bottom here. If you do you get freight trained. I was pretty impressed that the race went green from the start. I added some spring rubbers to the setup so I could tweak it during a pit stop. Obviously I never got the chance. It was fun racing. Everyone did a great job of give and take. Arca is proving to be good racing. Hopefully I can get a chance to practice before the next race.

lol guess I should read the rules. That would have changed my game plan a little. I haven't had much time to race. I just jump in when I can. I will make more mistakes like this.
