Well I made a few laps of practice earlier in the day but then I went to some BD party(didn't even watch F1) and TBH I felt a bit of wine on race start :D

Was a nice battle with Milan again. Qual went fine, but I sure could improve those 0.020s. Grrr! Milan took pole on his debut race. Nice!

Everything went underway as usual. In earlier part of the race I had a nice chance to overtake Milan down the straight, but he shut the door nicely(yes, by saying that I mean clean :P). I changed the line and went for the outside. You can see the situation on the picture, it was a chance but not enough. Expected too see Milan with a few problems since the FL tire was wearing super fast. Milan kept it in control with great deal of consistency. For some perverted reason he was alot faster in the last sector. On the other hand I was quicker on the first one so it evened out. In the end I didn't manage to beat the debut man, so I'm feeling abit like Alonso :P

Grats to all who turned up, well done to Podium, and Milan winning his debut v8 race aparantly ? .. He did S4 and won the series .. hardly a debutant joco.

I qualiefied in 4th with a very respectable time compared to my season veteran teammate and got off to a good start keeping up with the leading trio.

It was not long before Milan and Joco were pulling a lead, and i was stuck behind darren perhaps a little faster, but being behind was halping mark peeler catch, I made a clean pass on darren and tried to get away, but was only slightly faster, but was only watching in horror as darren was having to start a defensive drive kepeing 4th infront of mark P, john and mark M ..

after being comfertably in 3rd for a while, i had a major brain fade, and missed the brake marker down the back straight and went off the track badly, coming back on right behind the train that darren was pulling along...

was hard to really make any good pass, as we were all on shredded tyres, and very similiar pace..

eventually Mark P lost his car, and i was not able to get passed John P and Mark M not able to get passed me..

Very nice race, fully enjoyed it

One of the hardest races I've ever done, for some reason I just could not brake well for the hairpin and everyone else seemed to be able to brake alot later than me. I let Heinz pass when he seemed to be faster than me and then I had a race-long struggle to hold off the two Marks and John. I got 3rd back when Heinz missed the hairpin but I was always under serious pressure. I eventually got tagged at the hairpin, which was kind of inevitable because I was SO much slower than the other guys through there. That let Mark M through on me and we had a great battle for a few corners and I just took back the spot. That was the highlight of the race for me. Sorry to all the guys I held up so much but I wasn't going to roll over and give up the final podium spot without a fight. There was alot of really nice, close, and clean racing once again.
Grats to Milan and Joco and all the finishers.

Nice pole and win for my debut (mean GTR2-V8 debut) ;)

After long time I drive a V8 car again. Long time mean since (S4) when here was a rFactor V8 league that I loved much and won it ;).
So after GTR2 established the V8 series I even didn't try it. Today I droved it first time with GTR2 platform and was surprised with great feeling. Luckily track wasn't hard to learn and I decide to drive it.
So I missed a good mod all this time :).

Hard race with Joco whole time, he were gently and fair on some moments :). Congrats to Joco and Darren for the podium, there were some great battles judging by race results from 3-8th. place.

Ah, didn't know that. After qual Milan mentioned it was his debut pole. But that doesn't matter really. Important thing is that my ego feels much better now LOL. j/k

Wow what a race!

If you look there is only a second from 1st to 10th on the grid in quali so I knew it was going to be a tight race.

The race started well and settled into 6th place following Mark who was on Darrens tail lights for ages, well done Daz in holding him off.
Saw Heinz going off at the hair pin in a cloud of smoke, that's when things started to get interesting, Mark P made a mistake coming onto the back straight so that meant I was on Darren tail and it was me that tagged you into the hairpin (sorry for that you were a little slow there) which meant that both Mark’s sneaked through Mark M then went wide at turn 1 letting Darren and me back through and Mark P span at turn 4 so back to Darren and me and then Heinz which is the way it finished.

Really fun race! Congrats to the podium, well done!

I'm just running this series to get into the top 10 qualifer for year end. My goal was to try and sneak a top 5 finish, but that is very hard with this kidna talent. :-)

I got a decent start following Darren, going into t2-t3 i got a little love tap from behind but held on. That allowed Darren and Heinz to slip out a few car lenths. I noticed Heinz was matching Darren's every move. Once Heinz got around (I thought Darren let him by, teammates and all), he started to pull away. Later in the race with 6 laps to go, Darren made a mistake getting into T2, so i thought i was Tim McArthur and could pass him ON THE OUTSIDE. :-) Not to be, little too much right foot and she almost went all the way around. Went from 4th to 7th in a blink of an eye.
