Yeah baby I'm in the groove!

I came into practice about 15-20min before qualify and soon got the grips with the car. Than I felt just superbly comfortable in the session and got a pretty awesome lap, beating the old one by 0.5s I think.

Nothing interesting in the race though I had a great pace, I really felt in the groove and the track nearly turned into a tunnel LOL. Had fun taking some backmarkers.

Grats Mark, had a nice race with you and darren today, Darren kept me in check in Stint 1, and after banging the walls a few too many times in vain of trying to keep up with P1, Darren gave me good advice to cool it a bit, this let to me becoming lazy, and put it on the grass down the start finish line, darren had a good run down the outside, and we almost had some big confusion into the chicane, but both managed to come out alive, but Mark the sly dog used the oppertunity and jumped me... I was not too unhappy about this as i knew I was not going to be infront of the both of them for very long.

Unfortunatly darren had a Disco, and I was left to come out infront of mark after the pitstops and have a good try to keep it infront of him for as long as possible, but was not very long before mark took it down the back straight .. well done mate..

Grats to Gregg on his debut race, pulling in a solid finish position, and John P backing that up ..

Just saw this was 2x tyrewear. :-) That explains why I changed a 2-stopper into a 3. Talking about preperation. :-) Wasn't even sure if I should do this but not racing will ever bring you a spot in the top 10 overall. Not unhappy with quali ... almost 1 sec faster than in S5 or S6. Managed to keep 7th in the opening laps and had a nice fight with Gregg in the opening laps. I enjoyed that too Gregg. Your overtaking move was one for the books. :-) Just before my 2nd stop I had two small offs in the last turn (damn wheels on the right). That made the last stint very tense as Richard was just behind me when I left the pitlane. But my tyres were fresh and I managed to get them up to temps without leaving room for Richard to pass. Looking at the fastest laptimes I need to get more consistant in this beast so I will prepare well for the next one. Grats to the podiumfinishers and to all that finished. Cya at the next one.

I don't really know what happened at the start, either I was looking in the wrong place or the game glitched and didn't show the lights...but anyway, I crossed the line at the end of the first lap in last place. Nice job avoiding me everyone behind.

It was exciting stuff trying to get back from that end of the field, at one point I was door to door with someone and not 100% confident he knew which way the next corners were going lol.

Got close to George late on but my tires were too worn for anything brave even though his were clearly cold. I managed to keep him in sight but he didn't make a mistake so P8 would be the best I could do.

Wow, very happy with this finish, 3rd or 4th, the racing was intense. George, like always it was fun battling with you, excellent close racing. Your professional style of driving allows for very predictable opportunities when they are available. Steve D, was fun running a few with you also.
