stupidest DNF ever
I entered the pits . hit the kill engine button ..
but then i dropped my wireless keyboard as i was preparing to make adjustments ..

Very cool race !

had a stop'n'go for speeding in the pits (i did not find the button of my speed limiter lol)... the viper is burning a lot of fuel but was very cool to drive!

hope to race again like that ^^.

Was doing rallying all day and time got away from me, I ended up coming straight from finishing my rally stages to the server for qualifying. Then I forgot about the 2x fuel thing so I only put in enough fuel for one timed lap. Good thing it was a good one!
The race was strange, the car felt super twitchy. That meant it was fun to drive but I wasn't able to be consistent... perhaps I was pushing too hard I don't know. There was some crazy traffic out there too but I managed to get through without a problem.

I found another way to stuff up a good finish.Entered pits,still undecided about taking tyres,puuled in,hit i before setup page came up,hit enter then i again.Pitcrew insert nozzle and next thing i hear"turn engine off",moron,i have engine off and he is refuelling.The guy tells me 4 more times before i decide that he might be right and he was.

I was too tired to get into the race , sorry for not unregistering.

The start was insane, after getting blocked during qualifying I gave up having not enough time, so I worked my way thru one by one. The biturbo is probly not the best choice of a car for imola but I like to stick with it, as its a fun car to drive when setup right.

Towards the end of the first stint, made it by Pete twice, lol. Due to the starting position, I decided to chance it and not take tires, saw Barry and Maurico siting in the pits. Tooks some fuel and headed. What helped the tires was that they where wearing evenly, all 4 of them.

Finally set a pace for myself and saw Maurico and Barry closing in hot, The pit crew came on with the tires worn and I still have 5 laps to go. Somehow I managed to keep you guys at bay. I though for sure one of you would get the drop on me in the first sector.

Decent finish, for not so great performance.

I fancied the idea of something different here, so never having driven the Viper before it was the obvious choice! Turned out that the big lazy beast was the perfect choice for my current shoulder problems :)
Screwed up in in qually - not only did I forget to take the fuel out, but the damn game put me on hard tyres! Still managed to get a pole lap out of it, which was a relief.
The race was both a battle against the instinct to push as hard as possible - fuel had to last 16 laps, which required some serious short-shifting - and building a decent gap to Gregg & George, who I figured would need a lot less gas and maybe no tyres. I just managed to stay ahead of George after his stop and thereafter my newer tyres meant I could take it easy to the end.

Imola is a track I don't like and somehow that shows everytime I (have to) do a race there. So I'm happy with 2nd as Pete was in a class of his own in that Viper. Only took some fuel after I emptied a full tank and that was enough to keep Gregg behind me after the stops. Grats to all podiumfinishers and on to the next one.
