Any cures for bad luck anybody?

Screwed up my qual lap in the last corner, which was a shame because following Marko is rarely fun.
I tailed Marko for the first half of the race. He pulled away at first but I started reeling him back in, looked like his rear tyres went off early. I caught him and made my first pass at T1 on about lap 16 but Marko broke later than me and ran straight over the grass on the outside and kept the place. Then I caught him again on lap 22 and outbroke him into the hairpin, but while I was already alongside Marko tried to block and ran into me (and I have checked that on the replay Marko), but I still made the pass. On the very next corner while I was defending the inside Marko simply drove into the back of me and spun me out. 4th punt and counting. Shoulda seen it coming.
Over the last few laps I managed to catch back up and sat behind Marko for a lap or two, when coming around the last corner he ran about 2 carwidths outside the curb, then cut back onto the track right into my side. The contact made us both run wide but I was able to take the place. He dropped back from there and I cruised to the win. A bit of an epic but not really for the right reasons, oh well.

Not a good race for me :P

Qual: was good i was happy to get 4th as i knew first 2 position will be racing each other and rest of the grid was important for me :p

Race: I started well and everything was under control. I was close to George(3rd) and Jan(5th) was following me closely too. But my tyres were starting to wear earlier than others it seemed that George was pulling and Jan was applying pressure on me in the mid of the race. Before 3/4 of the race George was already gone and Jan was killing my tyres coz i was defending hard lol. Sound of his m3 was very irritating lol, it might be used as a tactic for harrasing me :P Anyways after a bad corner exit in first turn Jan taken the inside for 2nd turn and we were side by side but i pulled my foot a bit from throttle to let him pass coz fighting with him was killing my tyres and i wanted to take it easy for the rest of the race. But then Borut caught me and Pete and both passed lol. I better work my setups more it seems lol.

Grats to Scott and Marko. Seems they had a great fight :)

I was looking to make a rare appearance tonight but when I looked, even deep into qualifying there was 28 drivers and 1 waiting. However only 14 took part in the race. Ah well, some had fun

I enter server 10 mins before qual, just before I checked the password and there were 30 people signed up.
Just 16 really showed up, it's very bad attendance I think.

Sorry to some guys for beiing too much defensive in first few laps. I hope I didn't slowdown anybody when I'v been lapped.

quali wasn't that perfect, couldn't get all out of the car on softs.. anyways 5th place is ok to start.

had a nice start and took 4th before T1, but was too conservatice and let space around me, so Tolga could pass with some little tapping.
letting that little space cost me the fight for podium with George, as i should stuck behind Tolga for more than the half of the race. think George had a grin as he could drive a gap as i put pressure on Tolga and we lost time with fighting.
was clearly faster, but couldn't do a clean move. thought that sometime he will cut T1 for a penalty ;-) or make a mistake, so i followed him patiently on his bumper and stressed him like a moskito :-)))
i know the problem defending against someone faster, i always ruin my tires in warp-speed :-) and so did Tolga and finally run wide and i took 4th. Gap to George was about 7s, and although i closed it a little, he controlled its podium...

couldn't find a rhythm after being too long so close behind someone, and tires were gone too...

but anyways a fun race, some good action with Tolga... lookin forward to Doni, one of my favourite places.

Disco'd from qually yet again! I tried to put a time in on my return, but kept getting pin-balled by drivers that couldn't see me, so gave up & started from the rear.
Gained a few spots on lap 1, then made steady progress without wrecking the tyres. Could've done with a few more laps at the end to continue the battle with Borut, though he was driving pretty well so it probably wouldn't have made any difference.

Not a great start to my R2P GTR2 career! Frame rate was great in qually and praccy, but it dropped so low in the first few laps I had to bail out. Hope I didn't cause anyone any harm!
