Hidden Valley 100k

Bah... not too happy

Qual went OK, about the same time as in previous race on this track and got 3rd.

Didn't start OK with Darren nearly overtaking me. After that he was really close behind but I managed to get a little gap ahead. Soon I made a mistake not braking enough as Matthias slowed down pretty bad in T1 and I bumped him... Sorry for that, my fault. Again, Darren was behind and we were fighting untill he overtook me. Soon he made a mistake spinning out and again, I was 2nd. After that Matthias was behind again and I knew he was on revenge and he managed to overtake me but he bumped me a little, which damaged the car a bit I think. Darren was right under my wing again and he managed to pass me in the last few corners. Nice racing!

A bit unfortunate for me, but I think I'll be better off in the next race.

This was a calmed race for me, I only had a bit of a fight trying to hold Simon for a few turns but he was slightly faster, so I let him go to avoid both of us crashing. I'm happy I was only lapped by Janko :)

Frikin stop-in-go ruined my race, so I just crusied. I even took a pit stop so I could drive on new tires. Good job to the winner and see ya all in the streets next time!!

Sorry for my bad english.

That was a tough, fun race. I couldn't get the best out of myself in quali but 5th was ok. At the start Maciej jumped the lights and I reacted to his movement, almost jump starting myself. I got lucky though and it turned into a brilliantly timed start! I got alongside Joco but had to give way after turn 1 as Joco made sure he shut the door! Then it was a great battle, firstly Joco tapped Matthias as he mentioned, and I passed too. Then I couldn't pass Joco despite being faster on most of the track because he was faster where it mattered on the straight. Eventually I did get a good run out of the final turn and just made the pass.
Then I did my usual thing, throwing away hard won positions by going off on my own. Joco and Matthias passed, Matthias caught and passed Joco and then I had 2 or 3 laps to get close enough to take Joco on again. I got there on the last lap and a bit of a slide from Joco into the last section created a gap for me, I went for it and it was close but I just made it stick. Great racing as usual Joco.

fun race all, - was a bit scary for me , as everytime i had a car in my screen and or mirror - i got terrible lag -
weird how that only happens on a few tracks - thanks for the patience in the faster cars as i was being lapped i simply had no choice but to pull off the road the lag was so bad at times -
congradulations to the podiums and good race all!

I lost connection just seconds before the server went into warmup mode, and I could never get back in. Not sure what the problem was.

Oh well.
