Off Road drivers WANTED bad !

As most of us know summer time produces low driver numbers due to the awesome weather .. in the off road series this really show's as there not many drivers to start with . at the end of last season we lost the Vorra buggies Euro and USA series (real shame very fun close racing ). this season we ran one euro race and POOF! R2P decided to drop Euro series ( due to low numbers i'm sure ). USA trophy series is all we got left and i see it heading down the same road as vorra and trophy Euro.. If any of you ever thought of tryin off road . this would be a really good time to try it out and help support our series .. thanks

I can try But I suck in Dirt Arenas. I am better at offroad desert type.

I'll show my support - I raced a couple races before & found it interesting. I'll check out the schedule & if its not too early I'll race with u guys.

Evidently because of the onset of extreme old age, I'm no longer able to drive these very physical trucks. It's a shame since I used to be able to mix it up with Garry H. and a few other boys.

I would have loved to join you boys, but that's just not possible now, not with my terribly competitive nature - I hate to finish last! : (

Since R2P has taken ORR and VORRA away from us players and NO info about any further reinstatement for the series(even though my job forced me to miss first 2 races) it leaves me no other choice but to find another server for these FAST and Exhilarating vehicles....
Hope you all have fun with that boring hurry up and turn left crap

It is a natural progression that series with less then 10 average participants are dropped and replaced with series that are more popular. Unfortunately, the ORR events averaged only 7 racers and held a very premium day/time slot (Friday nights) which would be better used to offer events that appeal to a wider range of drivers.

For those that wish to continue racing ORR or VORRA, creating an Independent Chapter is always an option.

I dont know if any homework was done to find out how many people would be interested IF it was swapped to a different time slot. All I know is nobody asked me. I'd have messaged the last series field, and asked if they are interested and if so, what time is most convenient, then ask the current field what looks good for them. We might lose some to gain some - its a compromise that to me seems more acceptable than just pulling the rug out from under everyone. After all - these people have this slot open in their friday schedule for racing - I think people at least deserve to have their say and have it considered for whatever fills that spot.
