I would like to say (write) few words about this season.
My main goal was to reduce a number of DNF's and get so many experience in online racing as I can. For this reason I tried to start on any available race for me.

Most important series for me was GT novice, where actually I finished on 10th spot after some crashes and fuel problem in first race. But I felt very competitive in these races and had a very good time. Before this season I wanted to use other series like a traning ground for learning track better and find places for overtaking as I'm not so aggressive like in single player. And actually I did better in GT Open thanks some good finishes, and again I lost positions due to fuel problems on first and last race. And Ireally enjoyed when Will start with me in one race.

Overall it was good season for me and looking forward to next one. In S9 there is many series which I would like to participate in, but it will be a summer(maybe we get some sun here in UK too) and I think it will affect my attendance in races. This time I choose my main series based on result from first race on each one. And my girlfriend is going for two weeks hollidays in july so maybe I will suddenly appear in some US time series and will be racing next to you guys. (I'm not really sure about it as your time is 2:00am for me)

Great result in Daytona 200 Will and very good lap time as well, you should be very good in next one on Sunday. (you are in top ten movers if you don't know that).

So I finished my ice cream, Spain just won EURO 08', it is time to end the speech. Otherwise it will be too long so nobody will not read that LOL

See you soon

Great post Michael. You had some nice finishes this season. I am planning on running the GT Open (or what ever it is called now) this season. Only problem is that it is 10am in the morning for me and well if we go out the night before then I usually will not get home until well after midnight which means I am still asleep by the time the race starts. I am planning on not going out so much from now on and maybe I can make more of those early races.

Thank you. The Daytona race was a blast. I have never felt very comfortable drafting but my setup was amazing and I had just found a controller file for my G25 that was just about perfect. I held with the leaders for a long while until I got booted from the draft then I could never catch back up. Stupid mistake on my part cost me a better finish but I am happy with 5th. I am really looking forward to the 400.

I can't believe that Spain/Germany game. My company is German and so is our president so we had a party at work and watch the game. I was kinda disappointed in the way Germany played and that goal by Spain was bad. The German goal keeper pulled a stupid move in my opinion.
