Just thought I would vent somewhere I ordered the Logitech Formula Force EX Driving Wheel and Pedals on Wednesday. Courier came today when my wife was at home don’t believe he even bothered to knock but left card and took parcel to local post office. So being the wonderful wife that she is she packed up the buggy and our two children and hiked off to the post office to collect my wheel. So imagine to her surprise when she got there and signed for the package and thought hmmm the package looks a strange shape knowing straight away this can not be the right thing. So she carts this package home and opens it up to find it is Guitar Legends for the PS2 with the guitar. Now call me stupid but how do you get confuse a guitar with a wheel, the wrong wheel maybe but a guitar who knows. So I call them up and courier is coming tomorrow to take thing back and as soon as they get it they will send my wheel again. I have used Play.com on many occasions and never had any problems until now, oh well i love the internet for price and availability but it’s just a shame you can’t get the staff who can tell the difference between a guitar and wheel. Rant over but had to share even if it puts a smile on someone's face like mine as I type this through disbelief. |
