The IndyCar Series has arrived at Race2Play!

Using the rf Open Wheel Racing 1.26 series combined with some tracks from Stock Car Evolution, we will be running many of the main NASCAR ran ovals that have been or are still raced by the Open Wheel Circuit.

In addition, we will hold one fun run at Bristol. YES! Bristol.

20 Spots per race is all that I can hold, I hope to see everyone on the track.

For some reason, the chapter is locked...hopefully Tim will get it sorted out really soon.

The download links to the tracks for the series is as follows:

The mod is at:

PLEASE NOTE: If you have the 1.0 version of rF Open Wheel Racing, you will need to delete your Gamedata/Vehicles/ICS directory first!

The chapter is unlocked again and everyone can begin joining. We will run a few unofficial races here in the next few weeks to test everything out before the season begins. Keep checkin back!

I love the idea JR, I'm definitely in for whatever races I can, and it's a good timeslot for me.

I know the real world series goes to road courses, but I like the all-oval schedule. For me anyway, prepping for road races takes so much more work than for an oval, especially when learning a new track, so ovals are perfect for a fun mid-week series.

The only thing I ask is to bear with us over the next few days as we will be most likely updating and tweaking the mod based on what we find out on the track.

I have just replaced the version above on the server. Anyone who has downloaded recently should re-download. This one fixes small problems with fuel mileage, estimation and the pit window.

Looks good JR. Like I told you I will be more than happy to help out anyway I can as long as real life doesn't get in the way. I like the day and time slot. Seems it will suit my schedule fine for now until things get crazy again.

Sounds good. I just got out of a conversation with Mike Peters and he is passing me a few more updates for the mod...so I have to upload it yet again, lol.

Anyways, after this round, I would like to get together and have a few pickup races so we can not only learn the mod, but get good testing data back. That has always been the achillies heel of the mod.

I can't tonight and Scott took off half a day from work today so he is not here for me to ask. Sorry.
