A group of Race2Play members (and non-members) will be meeting up on Jan 5th, 2008 in Sacramento, California.

Event Info:
Location: Race Place Motorsports (Indoor Karting)
Time: Exact time to be determined. Roughly 4pm - 9pm
Activities: Karting, talking, eating
Cost: FREE if not Karting, roughly $50 if Karting

We are looking to purchase the Mini Grand Prix package for our group. This includes a 3-lap recon session, a few 20-lap heat races to determine the main event grid, followed by a 15-lap Main event race (top-10 only). Cost is $42 per person plus $5 to purchase a head-sock (or you can bring your own). We will have our own private track sessions and the total event time will be roughly 1 - 1.5 hours. After which, we will eat dinner and just hang out for some smack-talk.

Please post below if you intend to attend this get together. I will maintain a list of confirmed attendees

Absolutely! Put me down for the entire package...I'll bring my own helmet, but no head-sock. Sounds like a blast.

I'll be there too! The whole package for me. Mike B., is there a pizza joint close? One that has a salad bar for Steve? Head sock? The doctor snipped me 20 years ago, so I don't use condoms anymore. Can't wait!

Count me in.

I can give 3 people a ride from the Sonoma County / Napa area (Marin too if no one else closer can).

From where I am, going thru Lake County isn't actually out of the way. We'd just continue over to Williams then south on I5 to sactown.
