Race2Play is pleased to announce the High Performance Driver Tutoring program. An experienced sim-racer will help guide you through basic, intermediate, and advanced driving techniques as well as vehicle setup. Learn how to handle your car at the limit at your own pace. Learn how to adjust your car to your driving style and go faster in the process.

The HPDT program operates exclusively at the Autobahn Country Club in Joliet Illinois. A purpose built open wheel car (School Academy Racer) will be supplied to you upon arrival to the race track. Mentors will be on site to guide you through a structured course designed to transition you into more advanced techniques over time.

All participants will be required to use TeamSpeak to communicate with the mentors. Registration is available only to Standard and Premium members.

View the HPDT schedule of events (More dates to be added)

Course highlights:
* Develop a better understanding of vehicle limitations, as well as your own
* Gain advanced setup knowledge from the HPDT mentors
* Increase your enjoyment by improving your driving skills
* Drive on the racetrack in a controlled and educational environment

Brilliant...
This really is a good idea Tim and I am sure this will go down very well with the beginner driver and more experienced alike

Wow, rFactor users only? :(

Just another great reason to pickup rFactor. The real reason is the car selection and ease of administration. It is infinitely more difficult to do any form of learning/teaching/mentoring in a FIA GT car then it will be in a Trainer-type vehicle. On top of that, rFactor administrative abilities allow for more flexibility across the board.
