Everyone keeps saying more people should be on here, so i have a couple of questions that maybe you guys can help me with...

I am guessing you start team speak before you start the game and it just runs in the back ground???

Also can I still get game sound out of my speakers while hearing voice out of a headset???

Hi Michael. Piece of cake. It runs in the background. I usually load rfac or GTR2, alt tab either but in the case of GTR2, I do so before joining online, join TS, bring game back up and away you go.

I dont know re headphones and speakers. I run whichever sim and TS through the speakers.

Michael,

As Joe says, you can start it either before or after you start up the sim.

I usually start TS first, but that is personal preference on my part.

Your other question about hearing voices in your head, err I mean headset, while still hearing the sim through your speakers is very possible.

In my case, I use my add-on sound card for normal sounds, game sounds, etc, and I use the onboard sound card for TS.

You just need to assign it correctly in TS, and off you go.

Works great for me.

tks,

You can also use a USB headset for TS and your speakers for your sim. A Socom playstation 2 headset is what I used it has a one sided ear phone so you can hear your speakers

I use a full headset and run everything through the same soundcard, works fine. Just adjust you game sound volume and TS volume until you find something that works. Of course there is always someone that is screaming and others you can barely hear. LOL Also you can tell who uses headphones and who doesn't.
