Right click 'My Computer' and choose Properties. Select the 'Advanced' tab. Click 'Settings' under Performance. Click the 'Advanced' tab. Click the 'Change' button. Either set a larger custom size, or let Windows manage it. Hit the 'Set' button, and restart. |

I get the same thing Shane, but I only get it after my PC has been on for days. you probably dont have enough RAM to run without a paging file. |

Yeah, I never had a chance to reply in the other post, but running without a paging file is a big no-no. That's not to say you wont gain a performance advantage, but the system would have to be pretty particular, and be designed to do a specific job. Being a gaming/home computer, Windows will need swap space! |

Well you certainly couldnt do it with that little RAM. I have 2GB, and so far my system seems ok running without a swap file for the last week or so. |

No, you can always set it back, so nothing is screwed up, just no place to put files windows may be using, hence, causing errors. |
