I have yet to run in GTL this season, so i have the full 10 rental points. I have not run the full GP course in a 76 car yet, what works well here?

Depends, I turned some laps briefly last weekend. 911 is obvious choice if you've got the rental points, with the long straights, having the fat ass planted coming out of the corners is great. I was fooling around with the 906 and it felt really good, not as much top speed so a bit slower, but it really flows through the 2nd sector.

By the way, you got any setups for the Escort? I also turned some laps in it last week, but couldn't get the back end settled on the hard braking zones.

i don't have any escort sets for that track. and it realy doesn't matter what you do, the back of that car is nervious under heavy braking. try raising the font bump the max though, and rear rebound to max. it should help keep some weight on the rear tires.

The 911 is a great car, but you can save a few points and be almost as quick with the 906. Actually, at some tracks like Imola, I'm actually faster in the 906. Over long runs, the 906 stays more consistent. At a track like Magny, the 911's extra power will probably help a lot on the long straights though.
