Starting Penalty structure for rFACTOR series in Season 13
1. The top three in series points will be required to forego qualifying in the next event and start at the back.
2. The winner(s) of each race will be required to forego qualifying and start at the back of the next event.
Penalties apply to the driver and not the event. Skipping an event will not alleviate the penalty.
3. Weight Penalties - rfactor series (MX-5 Cup and Skoda)
a. After the first race of a series if a driver in the Top 3 in points subsequently finishes in the top 5 of the following race a weight penalty will be assigned to the driver for the remainder of the series. (1st = 35 kg, 2nd = 30 kg, 3rd = 25 kg, 4th = 20kg , 5th = 15kg).
b. If a driver that wins a race that wins a second consecutive race will receive a 25 kg weight penalty in addition to the above penalty. Furthermore an additional 5 kg penalty will be applied for each additional win.
c. Penalty Reduction. Penalties will be reduced by 50% on any driver that subsequently does not finish in the top 5 of the next event. Penalties will be reduced by 100% on any driver that subsequently does not finish in the top 10. DNF's and no shows do not count toward penalty reduction.

Penalty structure for rFACTOR series in Season 14. I have eliminate the starting at the back penalty for rFactor series in Season 14.
1. The top 3 in points will be assigned weight penalties of 40kg, 30,kg, and 20kg.
2. Weight Penalties - rfactor series (Civic and NAGT)
a. If a driver in the Top 3 in points subsequently finishes in the top 5 of the following race a weight penalty will be assigned to the driver. (Civic 1st = 35 kg, 2nd = 30 kg, 3rd = 25 kg, 4th = 20kg , 5th = 15kg)(NAGT 1st = 50 kg, 2nd = 40 kg, 3rd = 30 kg, 4th = 20kg , 5th = 15kg).
b. If a driver that wins a race that wins a second consecutive race will receive a 25 kg weight penalty in addition to the above penalty. Furthermore an additional 5 kg penalty will be applied for each additional win.
c. Penalty Reduction. Penalties will be reduced by 50% on any driver that subsequently does not finish in the top 10 of the next event.

Season 14 RACE07 Rules for WTCC.
Weight Penalties cannot be used in RACE07 so I have had to get creative with the leveling system once again.
1. The top 5 in points cannot use the BMW E90.
2. The top 5 (not the top three) in series points will be required to forego qualifying in the next event and start at the back.
3. The winner(s) of each race will be required to forego qualifying and start at the back of the next event.

For Season 15 we will be using a revised weight penalty system. While the current system works it is somewhat convoluted to keep track of.
Based on finishing position in an event a driver will be assigned Rewards Weight based on the following
First + 20kg
Second + 15kg
Third + 10kg
Fourth + 5kg
Fifth - 0 change
Sixth - 5kg
Seventh - 5kg
Eighth - 10kg
Ninth - 15kg
Tenth - 20kg
11th or higher = 50% reduction of remaining weight after 20 Kg reduction.
Weight will accumulate from event to event.
Weight is assigned to the driver and will be added or subtracted based on their performance during the season.
There is a maximum weight addition of 100Kg (including rank equalization weight) for this series. Rank Equalization weight is not included in the weight reduction though.
DNF's do not count toward weight reduction.
