Well what a rubbish time I had. Qual in 6th which I was happy with but during the first few laps of the race I was 3 - 5 seconds slower than I was in practice with the same setup. I couldn't turn the car at all and I knew something was wrong when I went to go down a gear and it stayed in the gear I was in. It did that a few times during the opening laps which was making me very slow round corners, I was nearly stopping the car before it would turn. After so long and struggling to even outpace a golf cart I decided to park up and give in. Maybe those black lines in the sky during qual was a hint that something was wrong. I am having an unbelieveable amount of trouble with racing games (and other games) at the minute and I am close to turning my pc off for good and finding some other hobby to take up.
