Good race everyone. After a great run in qualifying, a 46.3 backed with a 46.5 and a 46.6, I couldn't get into a groove for the race. I had a good start and just enough of a lead to try and break away, not a good idea. On lap five I lost the lead to Esteban and then dropped to third behind Steve shortly after. At this point I was trying to relax and get more consistent, but the top two were starting to gap me. Luck was on my side though and when Steve and Esteban got together I regained the lead. Rob gave me a run for a good few laps and then I finally strung together a few segments to pull out a lead. Not my best drivng performance, but definately not complaining, I just think Steve and Esteban may have beaten me if not for the contact. So my schedule will probably keep me from the next race, but I will be back for round 3. Can we submit painted cars for this series??? It would be cool to see different colors :)
