Wow, I had a great time....until my vid card took a crap on me. Woohoo...fun times. The newest card I have laying around is a 4MB Rendition card!!! Uhg...not sure how long this puts my sim racing on hold.
I was looking forward to this race, even though I had no practice going into the practice session. I got myself down into the low-mid 1:05s and was quite proud. Fernando passed out a setup just before qualifying so I decided to give that a go. On my second "session" with that setup I was on pace to run a high 1:04 when it all went pair shaped. As I stared blankly at the screen in disbelief I suddenly noticed that some important piece of electrical equipment had released it's all important smoke. Oh well, next time.... :)
