I was the "unlucky person" who hit Bob Fay. From my point of veiw, Bob, I caused your car to go on to its side; you were flat when I smootched ya'. I saw you loose the rear, and as you began to travel backwards off the track I aimed for the inside of the track (where you were, not where you were heading.. seemed like a chic move). Sadly for me, you were quik to get your car stopped (I often roll back a bit after such a 180 and anticipated you would also). You were right on the line and I got you square. Saw you go up on two for a bit and flop on back down onto 4 in my mirror as I rolled in to the pits. I wound up in my stall for 2 mins 32 seconds (seemed a week) for new supension and all.
There is a nice, paved over-run in that turn. I should have used it. I try'd to duck under your parked car and it cost me, LARGE. I never got settled and took a few spins. Im sure everyone who ran this race saw the yellow 911 out plowing fields and picking daisies.
In practice over the last week I had run consistant @ 1:55.XX, some odds as low as 1:53.XX. Not today. Ive never really raced online and the nerves ate me up. Was fun, Hope I did not step on any toes.
