As stated by Garry and Mark - best racing I've ever been a part of - thanks fellas. First half of the race essentially defined why I do this at all.
During qualifying I went out with 12 laps of fuel to see how far it'd take me, and then spent the warm-up period rapidly crunching numbers. Absolutely could not make the whole race on one tank. (although it might have been how I was driving)
I was loath to pit when the racing was so fantastic, but I also feared causing a mishap and ruining someone else's run. (I had already put an unintentional bump-and-run on Mark once) I'm not really experienced with oval racing I'm afraid.
Second half of the race was run pretty much alone, so the end result was the only highlight there.
Again, thanks for the fantastic race. See you all at Limerock.
