Had a ton of work done to house this summer. Vinyl siding and added a front porch. Siding was started back in May and front porch was started around late July. I learned alot about contractors/friends and time frames....good and bad. If you've every done any work with contractors in your home, you probably can relate...Here are the before and after pics. For the most part, it's 95% completed...

Ever heard of an Air Hog jet scream? Neither had I till I bumpped into one on the toy clearance rack at Target!!! Man what fun. If you can afford the $30 for this flying machine, it's a hoot!!!!!!

Fortunately for myself, on another forum, someone posted that they where selling a new SST Lightning shifter for $100. I was the 1st cruiser/looser to reply. I hope it's not a scam. He looks legit and runs a league racing website. I paid thru paypal, so I have something to semi fall back against if it is a scam. I couldn't pass it up. $175 item for $100...

We'll, I sold my beer brewing equipment. I found out I have Celiac disease(I'm not supposed to eat/drink anything with wheat) a few years ago. I used to brew 5 gallons of beer about once a month and have a rip roaring good time with my buddies at football games or out at the fire pit behind the house drinking the brew I made. I would brew the beer, keg it and serve it out of a freezer I converted into a kegerator with a brass 4 tap tower. Beer was always on tap. Now I "try" and stick to wine/cider. Wheat free beers are horrible.
After a few years of the equipment sitting around collecting dust, I said the hell with it and put an ad on craigslist. Everything sold. Wooohooo.

Just purchased an original logitech red momo off of Ebay. For the cheap price of $50. It will replace my broken black logitech momo ff. I've been afraid to horse the wheel to much over the last few months in fear of finishing off the wheel. For the price I bought it for, I can double $$ when and if I resell it. I love Ebay and people who don't know what they have. MUUUUHAAAAAAAAAA

We'll, I've (wife gave me the go ahead LOL) made a decision to build a cockpit. A fellow league member (Mike K) is willing to give a few(5-6) hours to help me build one just like his. I have a mazda seat with the rails to start with. Ecci pedals and a Logitech Red Momo force wheel(old but good)will be the other goodies. I'll post some pics of the build and the outcome.
Had a busy Sunday!!! I met Hutch at Lowes at 9 am and we proceeded to buy what I needed to complete the build.

I'll be visiting Daytona for the Rolex 24 hour race this January. The last time I went, I saw the Earnhardt's in the Vette's and one of the last race's Dale Sr competed in. The shear speed of those cars on the banking and the combined noise of a sports car kept my juices peaked till I could get back there. If you never been to this historic race, get down there. It's a blast. Lets meet and have brew or 2.
