Hey, look at this...
What's that strange team listed as #1 in the NHL standings? Whhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaatttt? You mean they actually know how to play hockey where its not -400 degrees 6 months out of the year? What is this nonsense? But I thought these loser ex-Disney employees are only good for making "cute movies" as Todd puts it, or bad Emilio Estevez jokes as Adriano puts it. :P Oops, guess you can't use those tired old disney jokes anymore eh?
This is what happens when the smartest man in the world, Brian Burke puts the 2 headed monster Niederm-Onger together. I mean, what GM is crazy enough to put two Norris trophy winners on the same team? That's just crazy talk. They should take away hi [... more]
As a faithful Newscorp employee, I must now fulfill my robotic duties to inform all of you that www.hulu.com is now out of beta, and available for public viewing (sorry, only US for now). Full length episodes of past and present NBC and Fox tv shows/movies, as well as excerpt clips for some shows. HD content is planned as well.
Best of all, it's Free. I use it to watch Late Night with Conan episodes, since I don't have room to DVR them every night, but still want to watch it occasionally. Plus, original season 1 A-Team episodes. Need I say more? ;)
(The ads aren't there if you view them from within hulu's site)
And now, every man's fantasy ... nightmare ... fantasy ... nightmare ... fantasy ...
1926 ... 2006 = 80 years of the Greatest Rivalry in America.
Jabba the Weis can go kiss my pasty white ass. I hope Desmond Reed returns the favor and takes out his knee caps.
Some old school from the greatest comeback in College Football history by AD ...
To my senior year. I had no voice for about a week after this game.
Is anyone else as excited about this as I am?
It's supposed to do for books, what iPod did for digital music.
I'm a tech geek and a book nerd. Best of both worlds! ;) Big difference from previous ebooks are the screen, and it's built in amazon connection.
Like iPod had iTunes, Kindle is linked wirelessly to Amazon, so you have the full amazon library at your disposal. The screen is really cool, it's not a LCD or OLED, so it's visible in sunlight. From what I've read, it's like tiny little balls, that flip back and forth between black and white, to make it appear just like type font on paper.
Only downside I can see, is that you're tied to Amazon. 95% of my book purchases are with Borders, and i save a lot of money with their weekly email co [... more]
Writer's strike? Who needs writers when you've got human tetris!
@ LA autoshow this yr, Mitsu had their new Evo, and also an old school Mitsu rally car with Rally of Thousand Lakes livery on it. This was on the fender ...

So it's like Lost but in NY, and in a 2 hour movie format. Hm, remind me why I stopped watching Lost and still haven't watched last season's episodes that are sitting on my DVR? Oh yeah, that's right, because JJ Abrams is a c*** tease. Damn you JJ Abrams and your shaky cam footage.
Update: Please see the new Sim Racing video group - this blog is no longer being updated
Steve's little vid made me realize some of the new guys probably haven't seen some of these ...
I'm putting them here so it's all in one place, and I can add to it in the future. If you want the actual .wmv to save, they should be over at the TM.net FTP, or send me a message.
Feel free to add your own youtube/google video links. Finn has had some really cool vids in the past, but I don't think I have any of them saved or I would upload them for him.

While Jeff, Joe, Tim and Terry were goofing off at Sears on sunday :D, We made our annual trip to the OC Autoshow. Here are some random pics I took. No rhyme or reason, just stuff I thought was interesting.
I'll keep them in their original glorious size, and stick thumbs on here, click on the thumbs to get the big ones.
Please ignore the blurry-ness of some of the pics (Jerry shaky camTM). I haven't figured out the settings on this camera to use when I'm taking close up pics, so some of the close pics are kind of blurry or shiny.
First up, the glorious new Cobra 'Stang. Note the giant oversized Cobra emblem on the side, and the classic GT500 white stripe down the size. It just looks awesome standing there. Note the "Power bulge" on the hood. ;)

Steve, you need to pay the Ferrari dealer/showroom at the new Wynn hotel in Vegas a visit. For only a measley 160,000, you can pick up a slightly driven 360 or 430! ;)
Freaking awesome. They also have a 360 spyder that they let you sit in and take a photo in. :)
They had Roger Penske's Enzo FXX there too. Sorry, no pictures, they don't allow you to take pictures inside.
