The weekend of the 17th/18th of May, saw the team make history in its own camp, and perhaps at race2play aswell, though as yet this record is unconfirmed.
The team started with a 1/2 finish in the USA rally, with the 2 Adams brothers Carl and Darren, finishing in 1st and 2nd respectively.
The team then did it again with Darren and Heinz Petzold finishing the V8 Hidden valley race in 1st and 2nd.
Last when things couldn't get any better, Apex predator racing headed to the F1 event at Monza Italy, and after a very eventful race for both drivers, Heinz Petzold and Darren Adams brought the team home R2p's First 1/2 Team finish, as well as their own first podiums in the series..

Mclaren Mercedes today announced a new team making use of their car for the Race 2 Play F1 season8.
Apex Predator Racing, Fielding 2 drivers, Darren Adams (Team Owner) and Heinz Petzold will be the appointed drivers for the team. This was the teams words.

Well, I've just jumped up and down seeing Tim release car restrictions on top5 for the G2 finals.
I am in the top5 for a few championships, and knowing for the G2 atleast that I have the M3 at my disposal to protect my position I am over the moon. I had already drunk my champaigne, because I knew the mosler would have not been able to do the job, and who knows how far down the table i would have finished.
This being my first full season in all major GTR2 categories, I've been dreading the final races the whole season.
I can go buy another bottle of champaigne, and now atleast that I hold the fate of my race in my own driving ability, atleast i dont hold my fate in a slow ass car!
